How do retainer packages work?
Your monthly retainer provides a dedicated level of ongoing support, agreed in advance and tailored to your business priorities. We work together at the start of each month to ensure your support is focused where it matters most.
Can I change my package?
Absolutely. Your business needs may change, and your support should too. Packages can be reviewed and adjusted with reasonable notice — there are no long-term lock-in contracts.
What if I need more support one month?
Additional support can often be accommodated subject to availability. We'll always discuss this with you in advance so there are no surprises.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Retainer packages require 30 days' notice to end or pause. This will be outlined in your service agreement.
